What is the run-time of the system?

Typical run-times are 5 to 6 hours per day.

How many lights can I put on a system?

Typically 15-25 LED light fixtures depending on the wattage of the fixtures. The targeted load per system is 120 watts and up to 180 watts if operating time is less than 5 hours.

What is the recommended load?

The Sun-Lit system can operate lighting or other loads from 2 watts to 400 watts. Recommended design loads are 60 to 100 watts of lighting or other load with a daily run-time of 5-6 hours.

What type of batteries are used?

The Sun-Lit system utilized high quality, maintenance free, deep-cycle batteries with a rated life of 5 years under normal conditions. The system is not recommended for areas where temperatures can be consistently below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

What is the voltage?

The Sun-Lit system provides 12VAC and 120VAC. The power is suitable for all standard 12V and 120V lighting or other equipment. Maximum load is 400 watts.

What is the warranty?

The Sun-Lit system has a full warranty guarantee of 3 years. The warranty is subject to meeting recommended operating conditions.

How long does it take to fully charge the system?

The Sun-Lit system is designed to charge daily from the suns energy. Under normal conditions the system will recharge in 6-7 hours. Added capacity has been provided to continue normal operations for up to 3 days of limited sunlight.

How do I control the system?

The Sun-Lit system provides three control options. Standard is a 24 hour timer for daily on/off operation.  A Bluetooth option is available permitting more advanced on/off controls from a mobile phone app or computer. A toggle switch is also included permitting direct control from the power module.

Where is the system built?

The  Sun-Lit system is built in the USA. The solar panel and batteries are sourced both in the USA and overseas.
